We read every message. Corrections and accessibility issues are handled first, followed by reader questions and partnership enquiries. We do not sell or share the details you send us, and we only use them to reply to you.
Reporting an error? Include the page address, what is wrong and a link to the vendor's own documentation if you can. We check every report and log corrections in the product's changelog.
Vendors are welcome to send factual updates about pricing, plans or features. We cannot accept payment, gifts or advertising commitments in exchange for coverage, scores or placement, and we do not share reviews with vendors before publication.
